How do I order on Grossé Online Shop?

Use the “Shopping Cart” as you would in a shop! Simply place products you would like to buy inside. Placing a product in your “Shopping Cart” holds no obligations. If you change your mind, you can remove the item at any time.

View the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right hand corner of your page. From here, either continue shopping or click on 'Secure checkout' to purchase the contents of your Shopping Cart.

What can I do if I have any questions?

If you have any questions, please click on "contact us" to send us an email.

Do I need an account to shop at Grossé?

Yes, you need to create an account. Creating an account at Grossé allows you to save your personal details and addresses, made it easier for future ordering.

How do I edit my Personal Details?

To change your personal details, click on "My Account" on the top right corner, then choose the type of information you wish to edit.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on "My Account" (your name) and then edit/change new password.

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have lost or forgotten you password, click on "Forgot password" on the account login page and follow the online instructions.

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay your purchases by using your PayPal account (Visa card and Master card). Please note that all prices shown online are exclusive of VAT or import duty.

How does PayPal work?

PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, the payment details taken by PayPal will not be shared with Grossé.

Can I send my order with a gift card?

Send a present directly to someone special! Grossé can wrap your order in a pretty gift box with a ribbon. You can also add one greeting card with your personal message. Please contact our customer service team if you required such a service.

What do I do if my product is defective?

All of our products pass through strict quality control. However, if you do experience any manufacturing problem, we will accept return of the defective Grossé product within 7 days from the date your parcel has been successfully delivered.
