What delivery method options are available?

Your order will be shipped by international registered airmail worldwide. If you required express shipping delivery service, please contact our customer service team regarding the express shipping charge.

What are the delivery rates?

You can enjoy free shipping for purchase USD75 or above on each purchase order invoice, otherwise, USD8 will be charged. Grossé can only deliver to one delivery address for each purchase order invoice.

How do I know if my order has been sent out?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by email.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the destination country. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of working days by international registered airmail worldwide upon receipt of full payment. Please note that your order cannot be processed during weekends or public holidays. If you required express delivery, please contact our customer service team.

Can I ship my order to a different address other than my registered address?

Yes, you may choose to different address other than your registered address. Please note Grossé can only deliver to one delivery address for each purchases order invoice.
